Now that I have posted about my Beach House quilt for Chris, it is time to post this quilt for Suzann. I am using a free pattern Moda – All in Good Time I had bought this Bohemian Blue Layer cake for myself, along with some Grunge wideback in Pool.
Got to piecing and putting together the top.
Before you know it I was quilting with my serpentine stitch.
This was the quilt I had planned to make for myself at some point, but it now belongs to Suzann. Off to order some more Bohemian Blue for me along with the Grunge in Pool. Oe more quilt for Sarah.

Oh, that’s a pretty quilt! I cannot believe how quickly you whipped that one together! I’m glad you are ordering the Bohemian Blue for you, too – I think you’ll enjoy working with those pretties again. Nice finish, Jan! I’m sure Suzann will love it!
What a loving thing to do to make the quilt that you had planned it for yourself and gift it to a friend!
What a pretty quilt and your piecing is always so precise. You also do nice serpentine quilting. I just read your Sanctuary post and am wondering why I am not seeing your posts. Also very nice that you’re gifting this quilt and I am sure it’s going to be loved.
Another great finish! It will be nice to work with that fabric line a second time – sometimes I am designing a second quilt as I get close to finishing with the first. It will be fun to see what you do with the second batch.
So, so cute, Jan!!! Wonderful that you’re making these for your friends!!!
Lovely quilt! No wonder you want more of that fabric. Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss. Happy New Year!
Another fabulous finish! I’ve decided that Bohemian Blue looks good in any pattern.
