When it was time to put things away after making my Granny Squares Quilt, I have lots of square left over. So I put them together for a little quilt for Jack’s Basket
This was a quick one to put together and a great thing to do on a 100+ degree day. Stay in and kept cool.
Used the same backing and found a left over binding in the stash.
Heading in the mail today.

I like using leftovers for a bonus quilt too! The squares will be awesome for small hands to explore. I love that backing…can you tell me the name/line of fabric?
That is adorable! Love the fun squares and the backing fabric, too!
What a bright, happy quilt from the leftovers! Great idea. I used part of a jelly roll, so I have to figure out what to do with the leftovers too. Nice finish, Jan!
Anytime you can use left over pieces/blocks right away is a good day! Plus you have another gorgeous quilt to show!
A lovely finish from our fun little sew along. I saved some strips too….have to plan my leftover piece now! You are a dynamo and another Jack’s Basket quilt … so many good things.
This is the epitome of a scrap quil! It’s great! Jacks Basket will be so appreciative!
So cute, Jan!! A great bonus quilt!!! Yay for Jack’s Basket!!!
A very happy finish for sure; how big was this bonus quilt?
