February sure did fly by, not much sewing, but I did achieve my goal. Now it is time to set my OMG for March with Elm Street Quilts.
Since I just finished up my only work in project, not counting blocks of the month which aren’t out yet, I don’t have any projects to finish.
I’ve been meaning to start two quilts, one for each Granddaughter. I bought Lori Holt’s Spelling Bee book with the intention of doing names to their quilts. Yes I bought it when it came out last summer and never started.
March is the month, I plan to get the two tops together.

Well those look like fun and really cute quilts. I am 100% sure that your granddaughters will love them – how can they not with those beautiful fabrics. And then to have them personalized makes them even more special. They will be cuddling under all the love you stitch into them plus they’ll be able to tell them apart. What no UFOs!!! I thought that was a requirement to being a quilter.
I bought Lori’s book too and haven’t started my project yet. I too was going to use it for my grandson’s name. But that cute little sewing machine is also calling to me. I wish your machine runs smoothly, your cutter doesn’t dull, and your seam ripper doesn’t get used much this month.
