So now that we are back from vacation, it was time to get back onto my works in progress. First up is Quilt #16 that I started at the Quilt Retreat I went to just before vacation.
I did the jelly roll race 2 from Missouri Star Quilt Company for a quick top. Once I got home and before we headed out on vacation, I got everything but the binding done. So one evening this week I finished up the binding.
So now that I’ve taken care of the Christmas in July, it is on to other things.
I love Christmas, especially in July! and again in December.
Christmas in July totally passed me by …. but you must be really happy with such a lovely colourful quilt for this holiday season!
Jelly roll race quilts come together so quickly, don't they? A fun project every now and then!
I thought it was a great project for a quilt retreat. Start to almost finish in a day. Thanks for coming by and looking.
Very cute jelly roll quilt!
Perfect, a quick bright quilt. Love everything Christmas! And this is lovely.
Isn't is amazing how adding the little white squares between the strips really brings the jelly roll race up a notch? I really like the MSQC version, and it looks great in your Christmas fabrics. Very nice!
Oh, Jan, that's beautiful! I do love Christmas fabrics, and a jelly roll race quilt is such a classic! Whoop whoop!!
